• 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings
• If deposit isn't paid, your booking may be cancelled (we’ll send a reminder)
• Cancellations require 24hrs notice to retain your deposit
• We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but full fees still apply
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Less than 1.5 hours notice is considered a no-show
